Doug's Headers has long been recognized of as one of the premiere exhaust header manufacturers in the performance industry. Since1958, Doug's Headers has been producing high-quality, hand-built, mandrel-bent exhaust headers. Every Doug's header is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove all of the exhaust from each cylinder, reducing pumping losses, and resulting in dramatic increases in horsepower and torque. Doug's headers are carefully developed on the vehicles they are intended to fit, and are re-checked numerous times during the design and manufacturing process. Doug's Headers is not only famous for a wide selection of musclecar headers, but also for CARB-approved applications for motor homes and popular late model trucks and SUVs. Premium gaskets with bolts and connectors are supplied with each header. Doug's Headers are available in your choice of a metallic ceramic thermal-barrier coating for optimum protection and appearance, or a bare finish.
